Marathon viewing just to clear out the tivo Apr 21 08 - 4:35 pm |
I caught the premiere of this season, but then left the rest on my Tivo until I had absolutely nothing to do. The first episode gave me a glimmer of hope that this show could revert back to its glory days of seasons 1 and 2. Although my expectations were shockingly low, this season still somehow managed to disapoint. The idea of Christian getting Julia while Sean has to sit on the sidelines was a great story arc. Coupling that with Christian's professional jealousy over Sean's new fame was also a good idea. However, everything else was handled so awkwardly that it made me uncomfortable. The only thing shocking about the cliffhanger to end the season is that the writers could actually think that's a cliffhanger. We know Sean lives b/c of the "future" episode. So who cares if he gets stabbed? |

I care about Sean, too. Kronic, how about Kimber as an :uber-bitch, cheating spouse, drug addict and pathetic excuse for a mother? That arc bothered me terribly. I wish the poor character could just finally be happy. |
